Juicing For Weight Loss
Have you ever thought about juicing for weight loss?
I have been juicing on and off for a very long time and I love it. Since the start of 2012, I have been juicing on a regular basis and have found that it really helps with your weight loss journey.
I use the Jack LaLanne’s Power Juicer and I love it…check out their Power Juicer blog for more info.
I also follow Joe Cross and the Reboot Your Life page for even more juicing tips and recipes. If you have not checked out Joe’s documentary film called Fat Sick and Nearly Dead, I would highly recommend it.
My favorite juice combo is carrot/green apple, but I also love Joe Cross’ Mean Green Juice. Here is the recipe…enjoy!
Joe’s Mean Green Juice
- 6 leaves kale
- 1 cucumber
- 4 stalks celery
- 2 green apples
- 1/2 lemon
- 1 piece ginger
I also love to add chia seeds to my juice~~they are nature’s little pearls of nutty goodness! YUM! You can buy the ones that I use on Amazon.
